📋 TAHERI TOYS & GIFTS — Terms & Conditions
1. Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after the required payment/advance has been received and the order is acknowledged by TAHERI TOYS & GIFTS.
2. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. In case a product becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed accordingly.
3. Product Images: Product images are for reference purposes only. Actual colour, design, packaging, or minor details may vary slightly from the displayed image.
4. Pricing: Product prices are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price at the time of order confirmation will be considered final.
5. Shipping Charges: Delivery/shipping charges are additional unless specifically mentioned as Free Delivery. Charges may vary according to quantity, weight, size, and delivery location.
6. Delivery: Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier/transport service, weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Address Responsibility: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Any additional charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address may be payable by the customer.
8. Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges will be accepted only according to the applicable return/exchange policy and after verification of the product and reason for return.
9. Damaged Products: Customers should inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage as soon as possible, preferably with clear photos/videos of the package and product.
10. Warranty: Warranty, if applicable, will be subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
11. Cancellation: Order cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
12. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any safety instructions provided with the product.
13. Payment: Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Customers should retain the payment receipt/transaction reference until the order is delivered.
14. Cash on Delivery: COD, if available, may be subject to product, order-value, and location restrictions. Additional COD charges may apply.
15. Advance Payment: For selected products, customised orders, bulk orders, or special-order items, an advance payment may be required.
16. Customised Orders: Customised or specially ordered products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once processing has started.
17. Unboxing: For high-value or fragile products, customers are advised to record a continuous unboxing video from the sealed package until the product is fully inspected. This may be required for damage/missing-item claims.
18. Missing Accessories: Any missing accessory, part, or item should be reported promptly after delivery so that the matter can be verified and addressed.
19. Used Products: Products that have been used, assembled incorrectly, modified, damaged, or showing signs of misuse may not qualify for return or exchange.
20. Electrical Products: Electric ride-on toys and other battery-operated products should be used strictly according to the manufacturer's instructions. Charging and operation should be supervised by a responsible adult.
21. Battery: Battery performance and running time may vary depending on usage, rider/load, terrain, charging conditions, and product specifications.
22. Assembly: If a product requires assembly, the customer is responsible for following the supplied instructions or using an appropriate assembly service where available.
23. Transit Delays: TAHERI TOYS & GIFTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier/transport providers, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
24. Non-Delivery/Refusal: Repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept an order, or incorrect contact details may result in additional shipping/return-to-origin charges.
25. Exchange Shipping: Where an exchange is approved, applicable pickup, return, or re-shipping charges may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
26. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider/bank.
27. Offers & Discounts: Promotional offers, discounts, and complimentary items are subject to their specific terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
28. Gift Items: Complimentary gifts or promotional items may vary depending on availability and are not guaranteed unless specifically mentioned with the offer.
29. Product Safety: Age recommendations, weight limits, warnings, and safety instructions provided by the manufacturer should always be followed.
